After these days of blood, sweat and tears I would like to take this opportunity to drop a few lines about the tour: Der letzte Akt 2006 was by far the most exciting and emotional tour we ever had the chance of being on. Not only our fabulous band, crew and support acts, who helped us in awakening our music each night, but also each and every one of the numerous visitors who joined us on a wild ride through love, rage, passion and yearning made these past 16 days a very special time for our hearts and souls. Without you we are nothing - thanks for everything !

up-to-date information for the tour
We are in the middle of preparing everything for our upcoming tour in december, spending days in the studio, rehearsing with our live band and barinstorming ideas for stage setup and performance...as you see, there's still a lot to do. Still here's an update about the tour
Due to a double booking XPQ-21 will not be able to play on the 11th December at our show in Jena, but we were able to get a high class replacement act for that night, UnterART hailing from Hamburg. On the 1st December in Hannover and the 9th December in Osnabrück we'll have another special guest on the billing, the digital dandies Jesus on Extasy .

And we’ve got another piece of good news for you: Austria’s biggest radio station, Ö3, has invited the duo for an appearance on the ‘Freundeskreis’ show. While they’re there, Thomas and Sonja will be presenting their favorite songs, revealing a few stories from their lives and talking about the album. It’s going to be a lovely, intimate evening, so don’t miss out on it.

“Auf deinen Schwingen” hits the charts / Nur Du
We’re happy to announce that our new album, “Auf deinen Schwingen”, available in the shops since Friday, August 25th, has entered the German Charts at Number 45. Thanks to all fans out there. Without you, that wouldn’t have been possible.
But that’s not all…on September 22nd, our single, “Nur du” is scheduled for release. This single, jam-packed with 6 songs including remixes by the likes of ASP and XPQ-21, also contains the two exclusive tracks, "Who I am" and "Just a Shadow", that show us once again from our more electronic and dancefloor-oriented side.
Along with this single, we’ve also created an animated video, featuring not only Sonja, myself and our live band, but also the winner of the competition we held at www.lai-music.de. And you can watch the video HERE! If you want to see it in full TV-screen size, “Nur du” has been running since today on VIVAplus and is just waiting for your votes!

L’ÂME IMMORTELLE chat with you about the new album
The new L’ÂME IMMORTELLE album “Auf deinen Schwingen” has been in the shops since last Friday. Following their extensive autograph-signing tour, you now have the opportunity this coming Thursday, Aug. 31st from 7 p.m.(GMT plus 1 hr.) to chat with the band personally about the new record under Chat at www.lai-music.com.
Once again, Thomas and Sonja have focused “Auf deinen Schwingen” both musically and lyrically on the eternally controversial subject of love, uncovering the entire myriad of conflicting feelings associated with it. Musically, the dizzying paradox of longing, desire, sadness, anger and disappointment is reflected in a diverse and decidedly rocky manner. So there’s sure to be lots of questions and plenty to chat about! Don’t miss out on Thursday!

L’ÂME IMMORTELLE – The Waiting Is Over!
This coming Friday our long awaited new album, “Auf deinen Schwingen”, arrives in the stores. As always, we’ve put our special focus not only on the quality of the music, but also on creating a total work of art. The artwork is once again from Ingo Römling (www.monozelle.de), and it opens the gates to the world of “Auf deinen Schwingen”. The Limited Edition features 2 booklets to accommodate and present the extensive photo material, and it also contains the two bonus tracks, “Bis ans Ende der Zeit” and “Dying Day”.
And additionally, there’s also the video for “Phönix”, which we’ve uploaded for you here as a “Free Download”.
We’ll also be traveling throughout Germany in the next few days for a series of autograph signing sessions. The dates for the signing sessions are listed below, and we’re looking forward to meeting you in person.

PERSEPHONE and Orchestra
Before L`ÂME IMMORTELLE start with their preparations for the upcoming tour, singer Sonja Kraushofer is going to fulfill a personal dream with her other band, PERSEPHONE: On September 2nd,PERSEPHONE will appear onstage with the Wernigerode Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra as an integral part of the evening’s program. The concert is taking place at Wernigerode Castle as a part of the "Last Night", the final concert of the ‘Wernigeröder Schlossfestspiele’ concert series, and tickets are sold out down to the last seat!
But to give all of you the opportunity to be there for such a once-in-a-lifetime event, an extra concert has been scheduled for September 3rd at Wernigerode Castle. And this program is also sure to include a few surprises...

This coming weekend sees the return of the festival with a darker twist: M’ERA LUNA in Hildesheim, Germany, with its irresistible array of sights and sounds. And Sonja and Thomas will also be on hand – they’re not playing this time, but they’ll be there for the festivities, as well as sitting in for an autograph signing session. Meeting Point: Festival Sunday, August 13th at 5 p.m.at the Sonic Seducer stand! Video Premier of “Phönix”
On August 25th, the waiting is finally over. That’s the release date for our new album, "Auf deine Schwingen", our labor of love for the last year and a half. This album features the typical L'ÂME IMMORTELLE sound like its predecessor, lifting it to a new level and uniting contemporary rock, dark electronics and emotional orchestral arrangements into a harmonious whole.
To get you primed, we’ve got the video for “Phönix”, one of the album’s most exciting and surprising songs. The video was shot in the cellars of the former Schultheiss brewery in Berlin, impressively staged by Bernard Wedig and Conchita Suarez, and it once again required our all.

First Impressions from the New Video
We don’t want to keep you waiting any longer so here are the first pictures from the video shoot of "Phönix", the predecessor for our upcoming album, "Auf deinen Schwingen", scheduled for release at the end of August.
The clip isn’t just an optical treat thanks to Bernard Wedig and Conchita Suarez who captured our performance brilliantly, but also because of the fans who came from all over the country to appear in the video. Their motivation and the extremely pleasant, friendly mood on the set gave us the energy we needed to really give our best on that day. All in all, it was an exciting and unusual shooting that ended in a long, ‘wet’ night at the after-shooting party in Berlin’s Zyankali Bar with drinks like ‘The Formula’, ‘Molokko+’ and the ‘Thunder Gurgler’, helping everybody to relax deep into the early morning.
